RESPONSABILITIES
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily residential properties
● Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving conflicts
● Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work
● Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
● Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations

● 4-5+ years of professional experience working within Property Management
● Experience managing multifamily properties
● Able to prioritize resident retention rates and stay up to date on market trends
